The information in this section constitutes the Booking Terms & Conditions to which reference is made in the Booking Form.

Booking Kindly contact us to confirm that your dates are available.
If you wish to book, we'll give you a Provisional Booking valid for seven
days, during which time you need to send us the Booking Form and the 50%
deposit. 2.
Booking Send
us your Booking Form. The
booking form consists of two pages – one for booking the house and one
for booking any of the Optional Extras.
Fax number: 3. Deposit Payment of a deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required to secure your booking. This payment is due within seven days from the date of your Provisional Booking. You will be given our bank details on confirmation of your Provisional Booking. Please ensure that funds reach us free and clear of all charges. 4.
Final Payment
Eight weeks before your expected arrival date, settlement of all
outstanding amounts is due (including the remaining 50% of the rental rate
and the Security Deposit). If you book within eight weeks of your arrival
date, all monies are due with your booking.
Sorry, but if any of your
payments are late, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and follow
the refund procedures described in the Cancellation table shown below. The
Rental Rate allows you and up to nine other members in your party (as
listed on the booking form) to enjoy exclusive use of the entire house,
the pool and the grounds.
If, at a future date, you wish to add or subtract from the number
of persons listed on your booking form, kindly advise us as soon as
possible.
Additions are subject to our written consent. Children
under 2 years of age at the time of the rental are not included in the
limit, but infant cots are provided at an additional cost and are subject
to availability. No
pets, please. Covered
by the rental rate are all amenities listed in the house description,
weekly housekeeping service and clean linens:
bed sheets, pillow slips, duvet covers, bath and swimming pool
towels. A
welcome pack consisting of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, two
bottles of wine and household essentials will be provided. Rates are quoted for weekly periods commencing Saturday after 4:30 pm and ending before 9:30 am.
Deduct 10% of the weekly rental rate from the 3rd and subsequent weeks.
To
book the Optional Extras, please use the second page of the Booking Form
at the time of Booking.
While every effort will be made to provide Optional Extras, we
cannot guarantee service for requests made after the date of Booking. Housekeeping Il
Riposo is fully cleaned prior to your arrival and on each Saturday during
your stay. Should
you require more frequent cleaning, we can organize a mid-week clean on
Wednesday. The
cost for this service, Euro 90. Linen
Changes Clean bed, bath, pool and household linens are provided on your arrival and are changed on each Saturday during your stay. If you'd like a mid-week change, we can also arrange for a change on Wednesday. The change includes bed, bath, kitchen & dining linens and pool towels. The cost is based on the number of bedrooms in use, as follows:
3 bedrooms - Euro 100 4 bedrooms - Euro 110 5 bedrooms - Euro 120
All
bedrooms will be made up prior to your arrival. Linen changes will be
completed for all pool towels, bathrooms, the dining room and the kitchen
regardless of occupancy. However, only the number of bedrooms booked in
for changes will be changed midweek.
Central
heating
In
early spring and late autumn, you may wish to use the central heating.
Rather than all of us trudging out to the middle of the field to
read the gas meter when you arrive and depart, central heating will be
charged at €250 per week. Firewood
and outdoor cooking
Should
you wish to purchase a supply of logs for use in the open hearth fireplace
or the bread oven, firewood can be provided at a cost of €30 per week. The
Weber BBQ grill is included with the house rental (charcoal is not). Unfortunately,
breakages occasionally do happen.
Therefore, we request that a €375 deposit be paid with your final
rental payment.
This deposit will be repaid to you (in €) less costs incurred for
breakage within 3 weeks of your departure. Should
you wish to amend your holiday, we will do what we can to make the
necessary adjustments.
However, the following rules apply:
*Please
note that for bookings of more than one
week, we will repay
you only for the portion of the weeks we have re-booked. Smoking Kindly
refrain from smoking in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Pets Pets
are not allowed on the grounds or in the house. Arrival
and Departure Kindly
arrive Saturday afternoon after 4:30 and depart Saturday morning before
9:30. Use
of the property, including but not limited to the house, pool and grounds,
is undertaken entirely at the user’s risk.
Neither the owners of Il Riposo nor persons engaged in their
service can be held responsible for any personal loss by individuals, any
expense, injury, direct or indirect caused or incurred before, during or
after the user’s stay at Il Riposo. These
Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian Law. Prior
